PruTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. built the Converge App as the mobile interface for the Converge Platform. Converge is a unified and centralized platform built on advanced IoT, AI, and cloud technologies.

The Converge App is a view-based mobile extension of the Converge Platform. To provide real-time dashboards, GIS tracking, and incident visibility, the app may request or collect limited information strictly required for displaying platform data accurately.

The app may request access to:
  • Location (Optional / When Enabled by Users): To display the user’s current position on the GIS map for situational awareness and tracking within the platform. Location is not used for any background monitoring unrelated to app features.
  • Storage / Media Access: Only if necessary for viewing or downloading platform-generated reports, incident media, or relevant documents (if enabled in future updates). The app does not upload or collect personal files from the device.

No unnecessary personal information is collected.

All accessed data is strictly limited to operational requirements defined by the platform administrators.

Operational Data

The Converge App may collect non-personal operational data such as:

  • App usage statistics (screen views, interactions)
  • Device information (model, OS version)
  • Session details required for secure login and access
  • Interaction logs with dashboards, maps, or incident screens
