Compliance Management Mobile Inspection Application

This government agency required a mobile solution to conduct on-site inspections of various businesses to ensure each organization was compliant with city guidelines and ordinances and print notices on any infractions. Their desired solution needed to be a robust system that could streamline inspection workflow, enable staff to use mobile devices for increased technology capabilities, and provide management with an efficient means of tracking daily operations.

To address these requirements, PruTech crafted a comprehensive inspection management solution that featured web-based, mobile interfaces, and mobile printing capabilities. This enabled the agency inspectors to access data in the field at any time, route inspections based on priority and location, and print summonses directly from their phones or tablets.

PruTech built this solution using Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and a custom native iOS mobile application. During implementation, PruTech fully and safely migrated data from their previous system of record without any negative impact to the business functionality or access to history. The solution was flexible, configurable, and scalable as per the client’s needs.

Because of this powerful new solution, the agency experienced a full MS Dynamics replacement of all enforcement activities related to contacts, addresses, licenses, inspections, complaints, adjudication, collections, vehicles, and more.
