Federal Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs)

1. GSA IT Schedule 70 Contract (Contract # GS-35F-0426V)
This contract provides for Federal, State and City Agencies to procure IT consultant services at highly discounted pre-established rates. The contracts can be either T&M or Firm Fixed price.

2.FAA eFAST Contract (eFAST MOA# DTFAWA10A-00042)
FAA eFAST is a multi-year MOA program offering broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals. eFAST Functional Areas:

    • Business Administration and Management (BAM)
    • Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD)
    • Computer Systems Support (CSS)

3. GSA 8(a) STARS II Contract (Contract#GS-06F-0737Z)
8(a) STARS II, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. 

With a $10 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, 8(a) STARS II allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses.

4. Navy SeaPort-e IDIQ Contract (Contract # N00178-08-R-4001)
Navy SeaPort-e IDIQ Contract allows Federal agencies to meet their small business procurement goals by acquiring consultant services under various IT functional areas. 

State Government Contracts

1. NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority
Five Year All-Agency Blanket Contract for as-needed Information Technology Consulting Services to support various IT development projects for all MTA Agencies. 

2. New York State OTDA Contract (Contract# CM119AA)
This contract provides for New York State Agencies like Department of Labor, OCFS, OTDA, OSC to procure IT services using streamlined RFQ procedures. 

3. State of Minnesota (902TS Master Contract Program)
The IT Professional Technical Services Master Contract Program (MCP) - 902TS helps agencies and vendors connect with one another to complete Information Technology (IT) project work, or to provide agencies with additional IT personnel needed to assist in completing current IT projects.  This program runs from 7/1/2009 to 6/30/2014.

4. State of South Carolina (Contract# 5400001342)
This contract provides for IT temporary staff augmentation services for the State of South Carolina. The Information Technology Management Office (ITMO), a division of the Procurement Services Division, established a fixed price contract for IT Temporary Staffing Services to provide State agencies with temporary IT staff augmentation. 

5. State of North Carolina (Contract# ITS-002441-OE3)
The purpose of this contract is for short-term IT staffing services for the State of North Carolina. State agencies, community colleges, universities, institutions, counties, municipalities, public schools, and other local governmental entities will participate in this contract at their option.

The Financial Information Services Agency (FISA) contract provides for IT and Business professional consulting services for various on-going and new IT initiatives

2. The City of New York – Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications (DoITT) Information Technology Consulting Services (ITCS) Contract
The DoITT ITCS contract provides for IT consulting services for various on-going and new IT projects as required by all participating NYC government agencies.
